Carnegie After-Hours Pay-by-Phone System
Introducing Carnegie’s new and improved pay-by-phone system
While Carnegie General offers our insureds instant policy information and payment options through our consumer web portal, we recognize that not all of our customers are comfortable with creating an online profile to gain access to such systems. For these customers we offer policy information and pay-by-phone service via our friendly customer service staff during regular business hours. However, some of our busy customers prefer an automated pay-by-phone option with after-hours availability.
We are therefore pleased to announce that we have expanded our payment options to include an automated pay-by-phone system with the following features:
- After-hours availability
- English/Spanish Language options
- Pay by credit card or checking account
- Confirmation receipt via text message
- No wait times
To access the new pay-by-phone system, dial (805) 445-1470 and choose option 4 in the main menu. The caller will be transferred to our pay-by-phone system, prompted to provide a policy number and billing zip code, and guided through the steps to transact a payment.
